According to the Implementation Rules for Public Participation and Government Information Disclosure in Environmental Impact Assessment of Construction Projects by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Environmental Protection (Trial), for construction projects that prepare environmental impact assessment reports (forms), the construction unit shall proactively disclose the information of the construction project environmental impact assessment report (form) before submitting it to the Tongxiang Branch of Jiaxing Ecological Environment Bureau in accordance with the law.

The project plans to acquire 84 acres of industrial land in Zhouquan Town Industrial Zone, Tongxiang City, with an additional construction area of 81800 square meters. The total planned investment is 500 million yuan, including 355.2 million yuan in fixed assets, 142.6 million yuan in equipment investment, and 144.8 million yuan in working capital. After the completion of the project, it will form a production scale of 3000 metal pressure vessels and 300 intelligent industrial robots per year. Under the condition of reaching production capacity, it is expected to increase annual sales revenue by 980 million yuan, total annual profit by 110 million yuan, and annual sales tax by 29.5 million yuan.
